Sunset Swim
Yesterday hit 90F and was still in the upper 80s when these folks were swimming at sunset.

Son of a (Hidden) Beach!
An unused private fenced area on public land prevents SDOT from servicing the public street end at Hidden Beach.

The Hits Keep Comin’
We learned today that SDOT believes they granted part of the ACTUAL beach (the rocks we all sit on each summer while changing into bathing suits and drying off) to the south homeowner … without the required public comment period. We are as perplexed as you.

Sprucing Up For Spring
Coffee, cleaning-up, a little March Madness: our annual spring work party was a smashing success.

A Profoundly Frustrating Development
SDOT requires a letter of authorization from the north homeowner to remove unpermitted trees … illegally planted by the north homeowner.

A Call For Old Photos
Send us your Hidden Beach photos from years past. The above photo is of Jill Chelimer and her mother, Lynn, in 1975. Anyone have photos from the ‘60s or ‘50s?. Email photos to friendsofhiddenbeach@gmail.com.
