Fence Update

Described by one FOHB’er as “aggressive,” the fence feels to many like a flagrant foul. To a few (~5%): the fence is fine. Tell us what you think by taking our Hidden Beach Fence Survey.

The fence permit was granted by SDOT to the north homeowner for staging of construction materials on public land. Other homeowners on 39th Ave (with similar to larger size construction projects) have used a more standard street permit and/or their own private property to stage materials for their project.

The fence appears to be creeping further out, essentially cutting off most the access to parking at the public Hidden Beach street end. As the fenced in area expands, the enclosed area remains largely unused.
