Saturday is Earth Day — what better time to spread wood chips!

Join us from 9am to noon on Saturday 4/22 at Hidden Beach. Bonus points if you bring a wheelbarrow (we’ll need a few). In addition to spreading wood chips to protect trees and shrubs at Hidden Beach, our tree permit has been granted by SDOT. We can now thin and remove unpermitted trees—an exciting step forward.

We continue to get positive feedback from SDOT about our plan for Hidden Beach. We hope to bring you a summary in the next weeks, but things look auspicious.
