De-fence! De-fence! Or not.
The “temporary” fence for the north property has been renewed (again) by SDOT, meaning public land will be fenced off from the public for the second summer in a row. Maybe swimmers can use the fence to hang wet towels?
Check out our FenceWatch 2023™ (which may need to retitled LandGrab 2023/2024™).
From SDOT:
The owners at 400 39th Ave E recently renewed the permit again for another 90 Days until 6/8/2024. They reduced the area slightly from 1091 SF to 970 SF. The reduction is on the east side of the fencing so the entry will remain the same. (see SUCONST0003196)
